Miss Burns’ Class

We have really “Teched” up our class, with our new phones. Each week for the rest of the term six lucky students will have a mobile phone each, for a week. With these new phones students can take photos, videos, recording etc to document their own individual learning. So far it has been working very well and has given learning a whole new meaning. You will have to check out all our class blogs to see the wonderful work of the phones.

A special thanks to Mrs Harrington for organising this special project and working with the students.

Hello everyone,

Welcome back to term 2. I hope everyone had an enjoyable 2 weeks break and a very happy Easter. I had a great holiday to Queensland, so I am rested up and ready to get back into work. This term will be very exciting with lots of fun things planned. I look forward to seeing everyone back to school and hearing about your holidays.

This is the beach I spent some of my holidays swimming at. It is on Great Keppel Island. I went snokelling and saw the reef and some wonderful fish.
